Custom Air Conditioning has been serving Greater Vancouver and the
Lower Mainland out of its head office in Port Coquitlam since 1991. We
also serve Sea to Sky, Vancouver Island, and the BC Interior customers.
Custom Air Conditioning Ltd. is a dynamic firm with a diverse base
of clients that include single and multi-family residential,
industrial, commercial, retail and institutional. The goal of Custom
Air Conditioning Ltd. is to provide our customers with the best service
possible, at a realistic and competitive price. We have over 35 service
trucks and 50 highly qualified technicians, and additional technical
experts and administrative staff of 30 people providing a broad range
of services in heating, ventilation, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing,
geo-thermal, and solar installations, as well as electrical
installations.
Besides new designs and installations, we provide 24/7, 365 on call
dispatch service and offer regular planned maintenance service as well.
We assist with Homeowner Grants and Rebates and help our clients to
recover some of the expenses associated with home renovations and
installation of new, high-efficiency and eco-energy systems.
Our company has followed an environmental
sustainability mandate and strives for a minimal environmental impact
while enhancing our clients’ comfort, energy cost savings, and
productivity:
- We provide high energy efficiency upgrades or new installations of
furnaces, boilers, chillers, compressors, install geo-thermal or
air-to-air heat pumps, variable speed drives , heat recovery
ventilators, on-demand water heaters, solar water heating, and other
green solutions for heating, cooling and ventilation.
- During the process of replacing or rebuilding of old equipment, we
recycle refrigerants and oils, or purify and reuse the gases and fluids
in order to protect our planet from toxic waste in a diligent and
systematic manner.
We are proud of our contribution to reduction of toxic
waste and to reduction of the greenhouse gas emissions through
utilization of energy efficient equipment and providing of appropriate
maintenance.
