Husky Energy Spring Clean Up Program
Good morning,
As we all work in a world that we typically only hear about things that
have gone wrong or are in need of repairing, I would like to share some good
news for a change.
We meet monthly with our Retail Operations Department, and in this
morning's meetings, several of the District Manager's in the Pacific Region
commented that they were extremely impressed with the work that was being
performed by our contractors on the Spring Clean Up Program.

Just a short note to tell you how pleased we were with the service we received from your company.
I received a phone call the day before the job was to start that there was an emergency and the technician would not be available. I called to express my concerns because I had trades following and had taken the day off work and I needed someone to come do the job as scheduled. I was phoned back very shortly after and told, yes, the technician would be there as planned. I was very impressed that my concerns were validated and the job could continue.
Secondly I would like to commend the technician for his professionalism and courtesy, what a nice young man he is. He completed the job and went over many aspects of the equipment and gave us tips and other information that we can use to get the most effective use out of our new AC system.
I would highly recommend your company to anyone I know for the excellent service we received.

Hi everyone,
Your technician came by from Custom Air yesterday
afternoon and figured out what the problem was and fixed it. It is like
night and day in my suite. I had my first good night sleep last
night in a very long time - without earplugs!! I wanted to thank
your technician and your team so very much. You don't know how much I
appreciate this repair. In fact, I was speaking to my neighbor across
the way from me in unit 406 and she was saying the the fan was bothering her
too and was very happy that this was now fixed.

Council for approving this repair cost and may I say that Custom Air was very
professional and caring in getting this issue fixed for me.
