Custom Air does very little traditional advertising and as a result 95% of all customer instigated contact is from referrals. We are pleased to announce our new Referral Incentive Program to reward your loyalty and support of our business. We’re asking you, our satisfied customer, to recommend Custom Air to anyone looking for any of the services we provide.
We are going to reward anyone who provides a referral that result in a generated work order for a new customer in the following ways:
- Each qualified referral earns you a $50 restaurant gift certificate…..or you can;
- Defer the restaurant certificates and make 5 qualified referrals to earn a two night stay in either Harrison Hot Springs or Whistler (your choice).
Who is eligible?
All Custom Air customers and their staff.
Where can you use the certificate?
There are a variety of restaurant options including Red Robin, The Keg, Cactus Club and The White Spot. We have a variety of hotel partners, contact us for details.
When do I get my reward?
After completion of the work and full payment.
When do I get to redeem my Hotel reward?
Within 12 months of receiving it, some blackout periods may apply, we will confirm with your choice of Hotel for details.
How long is the program running?
Through the balance of 2011.
Who’s keeping track of my referrals?
Custom Air Conditioning will be keeping track of the referral, completion of the work orders and distribution of the rewards.
How many referrals can I make?
As many as you like.
